摘要
该文介绍了大型仪器设备使用效益线上考核及考核结果运用机制,实现了考核数据的自动抓取及评分,减少和避免了以往填报式考核结果的自由性和不准确性。同时通过考核结果运用机制的建立,鼓励与制约共享单位、共享机组有序有效地开展大型仪器设备共享工作,切实提高了大型仪器设备的使用率、共享率和成果产出率。为全国其他高校顺利推进大型仪器的使用效益考核评价制度及激励措施的建设提供参考。
This paper introduces the application mechanism of on-line evaluation and results for the utilization efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment,realizes the automatic grabbing and scoring of evaluation data,and reduces and avoids the freedom and inaccuracy of previous evaluation results.At the same time,through the establishment of the application mechanism of the evaluation results,the sharing organizations and units are encouraged and restricted to carry out the sharing work of large-scale instruments and equipment orderly and effectively,and the utilization rate,sharing rate and output rate of large-scale instruments and equipment are effectively improved.
