摘要
为更好满足学生的学业发展和职业发展需求,对专业课分层教学进行了多种模式的实践,总结了实施方式和效果制约因素,提出了分层教学标准制订思路、卓越人才培养建议和效果评估方法,分享了分层教学理念的灵活应用案例。
In order to better meet the needs of students’ academic development and professional development, after practicing various modes of stratified teaching, we, in this paper, summarize the implementation methods and the related constraints, and we also put forward the ideas for the formulation of the stratified teaching standards as well as suggestions for the cultivation of outstanding talents and effect evaluation methods, and nonetheless we also share the flexible application cases of the stratified teaching concept.
