摘要
新疆农业大学机电工程学院农业机械化及其自动化专业,作为第三批教育部实践“卓越工程师”培养的试点之一,自2013年立项以来,取得诸多成效。本文针对“卓越工程师”培养后续发展,以新疆农业大学机电学院17、18级虚拟班为例,阐述按照新工科建设思路,结合新疆农业大学的卓越人才培养方针,整理以“虚拟班级”为形式实施卓越计划的过程和问题,以期为卓越人才培养深层次建设提供一定的参考。
The agricultural mechanization and its automation major of Xinjiang Agricultural University,as one of the project pilots of the third"outstading engineers"training project of Ministry of Education,has achieved lots of results since the establishment of this project in 2013.Aiming at the further development of"outstanding engineers"training project,the virtual classes of session 17 and 18 are taken as an example to expound the process and problems of carrying out the"outstanding talents training project"in form of"virtual class"according to the idea of new engineering construction and the outstanding talents training principle of Xinjiang Agricultural University,in order to provide a certain reference for deep construction of outstanding talents training.
