摘要
通过对近期中美双方科技贸易摩擦背后开展的竞争情报尤其是技术情报工作进行剖析,深入分析了各自的特点和得失,认为中国与美国的竞争情报保障体系存在差距。因此,面对经济科技全球化和多极化发展的错综复杂形势,我们对竞争情报理论与应用的研究只能加强,不能被削弱或取代。
This article analyzes the competitive intelligence,especially technical intelligence,behind the recent scientific and technological trade frictions between China and the United States,and analyzes their characteristics,gains and losses respectively.It is argued that there is a gap in competitive intelligence system between China and the United States.Therefore,with complicated situation of economic globalization and multi-polar development,our research on the theory and application of competitive intelligence can only be strengthened and cannot be weakened or replaced.
