《护理学基础》课程中应用混合式教学模式提高护生学习投入性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨混合式教学在护理学基础实践教学中的实施效果。方法:选取2017级护理本科全体学生,在《基础护理学》实践课程中通过实践课堂教学环境、网络学习环境、微课学习环境、体验式学习环境等混合教学法进行授课,课程结束后学生对授课效果进行评价。结果:在学习投入评价授课前对照组得分(72.47±2.36)、干预组得分(74.58±3.74),授课后对照组得分(81.57±3.54)、干预组得分(88.12±3.69),二者比较,差异有统计学意义(t=8.758,p<0.001)。教学效果评价显示,在学习效果评价、教师评价及混合式教学评价三个项目中,学生满意度均达到90%以上,可见学生对混合式教学效果评价较高。结论:混合式教学能够满足学生自主学习需求,提高护生学习投入性,同时提高学生对教学的参与度与满意度。 Objective:To explore the effect of mixed teaching in basic nursing practice teaching.Methods:All nursing undergraduate students of grade 2017 were selected to teach in the practical course of Basic Nursing through the mixed teaching methods of practical classroom teaching environment,network learning environment,micro-class learning environment and experiential learning environment.After the end of the course,the students evaluated the teaching effect.Result:Before the evaluation of learning input,the scores of the control group(72.47±2.36),the intervention group(74.58±3.74),the control group(81.57±3.54)and the intervention group(88.12±3.69)were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=8.758,P<0.001).The evaluation of teaching effect shows that among the three items of learning effect evaluation,teacher evaluation and mixed teaching evaluation,students'satisfaction is above 90%,which shows that students have a higher evaluation of mixed teaching effect.Conclusion:Mixed teaching can satisfy students'self-regulated learning needs,improve nursing students'learning engagement,and at the same time improve students'participation and satisfaction in teaching.
