摘要
[目的]探讨“雨课堂”结合以案例为基础的学习(CBL)在妇产科护理学大班制教学中的应用效果。[方法]选择2016级护理本科生为研究对象,随机抽取一个班为观察组(110人),另一个班为对照组(108人)。观察组采用“雨课堂”结合CBL模式进行教学,从CBL课前准备、CBL课堂教学组织与实施、复习拓展+课后测验3个环节利用雨课堂进行教学设计,在大班制教学过程中实现课前、课中、课后全程师生沟通与及时在线反馈;对照组采用传统的多媒体课堂讲授教学模式。比较两组学生理论考试成绩,并了解学生对不同教学模式教学效果的评价。[结果]观察组学生理论考试成绩为20.0(17.0,20.0)分,对照组为14.0(10.0,17.0)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组学生对教学效果的各项评价均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。[结论]“雨课堂”结合CBL教学模式促进了大班教学学生的课堂参与度,有效提高了学生的学习效果和综合能力。
Objective:To probe into application effects of teaching model of"Rain classroom"combined with case-based learning(CBL)in large class teaching of gynecology and obstetrics nursing.Methods:Two large classes were randomly selected from the nursing undergraduates of grade 2016.One class was randomly selected as observation group,with 110 cases.The other one class was selected as control group,with 108 cases.Students in control group received routine multimedia teaching model,while the students in the observation group were given teaching model of"Rain classroom"combined with CBL.Using"Rain classroom",teaching design was conducted from following three links,pre-class preparation of CBL,teaching organization and implementation about CBL,and review and test after class.Whenever before,during and after the class,communication and feedback online timely between the teachers and students were established in large classe teaching.The scores of theory examination and students′evaluation about the teaching models were compared between two groups.Results:The score of theory examination of students in observation group was 20.0(17.0,20.0),and score of students in control group was 14.0(10.0,17.0).Difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).Moreover,evaluations of teaching effect among students in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.001).Conclusions:The teaching model of"Rain class"combined with CBL can effectively promote the students′participation in large class teaching and improve the students′study effects and comprehensive qualities.
