摘要
影响应用型本科人才培养质量和水平的根本保障是师资队伍建设,而加大"双师型"教师队伍建设是应用型人才培养的关键。目前,许多地方本科高校"双师型"教师队伍建设存在育人定位不明确、引进人才来源单一、教师培训机制不完善、评价体系不科学、激励机制不合理等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的建议,为地方本科高校更好地建设"双师型"教师队伍夯实了基础。
The fundamental guarantee of the quality and level of application-oriented undergraduate talents training is the construction of teaching staff. The construction of the "double-qualified" teacher team is the basic guarantee for the training of applied talents. At present, in many local undergraduate colleges, the "double-qualified" teacher team has problems such as unclear orientation of educators, single source of imported talents, imperfect teacher training mechanism unscientific evaluation system、and unreasonable incentive mechanism. In response to these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding Suggestions, which lay a solid foundation for the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in local universities.
