摘要
为培养适应区域经济发展的应用型本科人才,地方综合性大学"双师型"教师培养机制的完善迫在眉睫。但从现有"双师型"教师培养机制来看,仍存在不少问题和困难。因此,完善培养机制有着现实要求和意义。从提高各主体对"双师型"教师培养的认识,推动"双师型"教师队伍结构的合理化,增强"双师型"教师自我完善和主动参与意识,建立健全"双师型"教师培养相关配套制度等着手,以此推动"双师型"培养机制的完善。
In order to cultivate the applied graduates who are adapted to the development of regional economy, it is imperative for lo- cal comprehensive universities to improve their "teacher-cmn-practitioner" training mechanism. However, there are still many prob- lems of the existing training mechanism. Therefore, perfecting the mechanism is of actual demand and significance. Measures as fol- lowes should be adopted to promote the perfect of "teacber-cum-practitioner" : to deepen the understanding of "teacher-cure-practi- tioner" training mechanism, to rationalize the faculty structure of " teacber-cum-practitioner", to enhance teachers' awareness of self-perfection and active participation, to establish and improve the relevant system.
