摘要
木材干燥是木材加工生产中的重要工序,国内高等院校都将《木材干燥学》设为木材科学与工程、家具设计与工程等相关专业的基础课程。通过福建农林大学木材科学与工程专业大三学生《木材干燥学》双语课的教学实践及问卷调查分析,深入探讨当前双语课教学存在的问题,并从课程建设、教材编写、教学模式、考核形式等方面提出自己的见解。
Wood drying is an important process of time processing production.Domestic colleges and universities have set“Wood Drying Science”as a professional basic course for wood science and engineering,furniture design and engineering and other related majors.Based on the bilingual teaching practice and questionnaire analysis of the junior students(Wood Drying Science)majoring in wood science and engineering in FAFU,the problems existing in the current bilingual teaching were discussed,and opinions were put forward from the aspects of curriculum construction,textbook compilation,teaching mode and assessment forms.
