摘要
化学基础实验教学中心是学科渗透、资源共享的教学和实践基地,是“双创”教学改革的重点。为适应“双创”时代的新需求,实验技术人员应树立良好的职业认同感,对工作充满热情,在“双创”实验教学中实现自我价值;随着“双创”实验教学改革,实验项目不断更新和增加,实验室的工作更复杂,实验技术人员在工作中应勇于探索和创新,高效管理和建设实验室、做好实验准备、实验室安全环保、实验室文化建设和实验室开放等工作;通过参与教学、教改、科研和培训交流等,不断提高个人专业素质和修养,推动“双创”实验教学改革。
The Basic Chemistry Experiment Teaching Center is a teaching and practice base with sub ject infiltration and resource sharing,which is the emphasis of innovation and entrepreneurship teach ing reform.In order to meet the new demands of the innovation and entrepreneurship era,experimental technicians should establish good professional self-identity,full of enthusiasm in work and realize self worth.With innovation and entrepreneurship education reform,the experimental projects are continu ously updated and increased,which lead to more complicated work in the laboratory.Therefore,the experimental technicians should actively explore and innovate at work,efficiently manage and build la boratories,including doing a good job in preparing for the experiment,laboratory safety and environ mental protection,laboratory culture construction,laboratory opening and so on.Through the participa tion in experimental teaching,teaching reform,scientific research and professional training,continu ously improve personal qualities,and promote innovation and entrepreneurship experiment teaching reform.
