摘要
论述了高校实验技术队伍时代特征及其建设问题。结果表明：提高高校实验技术人员的白身素质，并在体制和制度上扶植和保障是建设好这支队伍的关键。
In the article, the problems of the time features and building of laboratory- technique team in the university were discussed. The results showed that the key of building the team was raising and developing the quality of the laboratory technicians, fostering and ensuring from the system and mechanism.
