摘要
实验教学水平与人才培养的质量密不可分,实验技术人员则是实验教学的重要组成部分。就如何建立生物学科实验技术队伍的价值体系与管理模式问题,从建立职业认同感明确工作价值,紧跟科学发展提高业务素养,参与教学改革辅助科学研究,发挥主人翁意识建立健全规章制度,量化考核指标构建科学管理模式等多个方面加以阐述,以期最终形成优秀的生物学科实验技术队伍,使之最大限度地发挥作用,从而提高生物学科实验教学质量,培养出适应社会需求的专业人才。
The level of experimental teaching is an intimate factor for the quality of university talent nurture, and the experimental technicians are the important part of experimental teaching.
