摘要
本文采用概念整合认知科学视角审视法律隐喻,探究法的本体、创制、实施及法律文化中法律隐喻在线意义动态构建、解读和翻译,不仅具有提供法学和法律语言学崭新研究范式、科际整合视角等多重学术价值,而且具有增强跨法律文化交际、提高国际司法话语权、促进涉外法律服务等多层实践意义。
This article makes a research on legal metaphors in a conceptual integration method to shed light on the dynamic online meaning construction,interpretation and translation of legal metaphors formed in the study of the nature,innovation,application of the law as well as other fields of legal culture.And it shows not only academic value of providing a new paradigm and a multidisciplinary perspective on law science and legal linguistics,but also practical significance in developing the cross-legal system and cross-cultural communication,enhancing international judicial discourse rights and promoting foreign-related legal services.
