习近平总书记全面依法治国新理念新思想新战略是马克思主义法治思想中国化的最新成果,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是全面依法治国的指导思想和根本遵循。习近平总书记全面依法治国新理念新思想新战略是习近平总书记基于马克思主义法学的基本原理,紧密结合现阶段中国国情和全面依法治国的丰富实践而创立的,具有鲜明的时代特征、实践导向和理论风格,是历史逻辑、实践逻辑和理论逻辑的有机统一。我们要认真学习、深刻把握习近平总书记全面依法治国新理念新思想新战略的科学内涵,贯彻落实"十个坚持",不忘初心、牢记使命,以强烈的责任感和使命感,为不断发展中国特色社会主义法治理论,为全面推进依法治国、加快建设法治中国作出新的更大贡献。
General Secretary Xi Jinping’s new idea, new thought and new strategy on comprehensive law-based governance is the latest achievement in adapting the Marxist rule of law thought to the Chinese context, an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and the guiding ideology and fundamental rules of comprehensive law-based governance. General Secretary Xi Jinping’s new idea, new thought and new strategy on comprehensive law-based governance is founded by General Secretary Xi Jinping based on the basic principles of Marxist jurisprudence and tightly combining the current national conditions with the abundant practices. It has distinct characteristics of the times, practice guidance and theoretical style, and is an organic unity of the logic of history, practice and theory. We must earnestly study and profoundly grasp the scientific connotation of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s new idea, new thought and new strategy on comprehensive law-based governance, implement ’Ten Insistences’, remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind, and make new greater contributions to continuously developing socialist rule of law theory with Chinese characteristics, comprehensively advancing law-based governance, and accelerating the building of rule of law in China with a strong sense of responsibility and mission.
