摘要
"双师型"师资队伍是确保高职院校教育教学质量的基础,而建设高质量的"双师型"师资队伍,有赖于"双师型"教师认定标准与评价机制的完善、专任教师顶岗培训制度的落实、"双师型"教师使用机制的完善以及企业兼职教师聘用管理制度的健全,需要大量优质行业企业的积极参与。
"Double-qualification"teachers are the basis for ensuring the quality of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.The construction of high-quality"double-qualification"teacher teams depends on the perfection of the certification standard and evaluation mechanism for"double-qualification"teachers,the implementation of the on-post training of professional teachers,the perfection of the employment mechanism of"double-qualification"teachers,and the improvement of the employment and management mechanism of part-time teachers from enterprises.Besides,a large number of high-quality enterprises are needed to participate in the construction.
