摘要
“双高计划”对职业教育育人理念变革起着引领作用,也对“双师型”师资队伍建设提出了更高的要求。基于对“双师型”教师的内涵及“双师型”师资队伍建设价值的简单阐释,分析梳理了“双师型”师资队伍建设的现状和存在的问题,提出当前教师专业发展的优化策略,即通过重视校企合作、优化教师队伍结构、完善师资认定制度以及师德师风建设等策略,确保“双师型”师资队伍建设质量。
The“double high plan”not only plays a leading role in the reform of the concept of vocational education,but also puts forward higher requirements for the construction of“double qualified”teachers.This paper briefly explains the connotation of"double qualified"teachers and the value of the construction of double qualified teachers,analyzes and combs the current situation and existing problems of the construction of double qualified teachers,and puts forward the optimization strategies for the current professional development of teachers,that is,paying attention to the cooperation between schools and enterprises,optimizing the structure of teachers,perfecting the teacher identification system and the construction of teachers’ethics and style,so as to ensure the construction quality of double qualified teachers.
