摘要
利用IPCC法计算京津冀六大高能耗行业碳足迹,利用de Bruyn模型从时间和空间二维度对其影响因素进行分解。结果表明:北京碳足迹贡献度起抑制作用,天津促增作用趋势下降,河北促增作用趋势上升;经济规模和产业结构效应是京津冀碳足迹主要促增因素,能源强度效应起主要抑制作用,能源结构效应差异明显,北京起抑制作用,天津起微弱抑制,河北起促增作用。最后分析各行业的影响因素,依据行业特点制定碳减排策略,实现三地联控联防联治。
This paper calculates the carbon footprint of six energy-intensive industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei based on the IPCC method,and then decomposes the influencing factors from two dimensions of time and space by de Bruyn method.The results show that:the contribution of Beijing's carbon footprint has a restraining effect,Tianjin's promoting effect has a decreasing trend,and Hebei's promoting effect has a rising trend;the economic scale and industrial structure effect are the main factors to promote the increase of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei's carbon footprint,and the energy intensity effect plays a major role in inhibiting the effect;there is a significant difference in the energy structure effect,Beijing plays a inhibiting role,Tianjin plays a slight inhibiting role,and Hebei plays a promoting role.Finally,it analyzes the influencing factors of various industries,and formulates the carbon emission reduction strategies according to the industry characteristics,so as to realize the joint control,prevention and treatment of the three regions.
