摘要
社会主义核心价值观是当代中国价值观念的集中概括和本质规定,具有鲜明的社会主义制度属性和历史、文化、地域特色。随着社会主义核心价值观国际传播重大命题的形成和提出,在理论上阐明其全球共享性显得越来越重要。社会主义核心价值观的制度属性与全球共享性二者并不矛盾,其本质上是中国特色社会主义道路的特殊性与普遍性关系的价值反映。在社会主义核心价值观国际传播过程中,既应当明确两种属性各自的规定性及内涵,也应准确把握二者的辩证关系,坚守制度属性,增进认知了解,抵制错误思潮,依据全球共享性引领价值共识,使社会主义核心价值观无论为塑造中国良好的国家形象、提升国家软实力,还是为解决全球性问题、促进世界和平发展都能够发挥更加积极的作用。
The core values of socialism are the concentrative generalization and essential stipulation of contemporary Chinese values,which have distinct socialist system attributes and historical,cultural and regional characteristics.With the formation of the important proposition of international dissemination of core values of socialism,it is more and more important to clarify its global sharing theoretically.The institutional attributes and global sharing are not contradictory.They are essentially the value reflection of the relationship between particularity and universality of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the process of international dissemination of core values of socialism,we should not only clarify the respective stipulations and connotations of these two attributes,but also accurately grasp the dialectical relationship between these two attributes,adhere to the institutional attributes and seek to enhance understanding and resist erroneous trends of thought,and lead value consensus based on global sharing,so as to making core values of socialism play a more active role in shaping China's good national image,enhancing the country's soft power,solving global problems and promoting world peace and development.
