摘要 以上海市59路公交为研究对象,对公交服务进行分析研究。首先,通过对服务质量的调查以及系统分析,从公交线网、运营调度、运营效果三大层面筛选确定评价指标;其次,对广大乘客进行公交服务满意度调查,获取调查数据并利用SPSS进行因子分析得出关键影响因素;最后,通过服务质量评价结果了解上海市59路公交的总体服务状况,为其今后的发展运营提供针对性建议。 Taking bus line 59 of Shanghai as the research object, this paper analyzed the satisfaction of the bus service. Firstly, through an investigation and systematic analysis of the quality of the bus service, it isolated the evaluation index from three aspects, namely bus route network, operation dispatching and operation effect. Secondly, it surveyed the passenger satisfaction of the bus service, obtained the key influencing factors busing SPSS, and finally, summarized the overall service status of the bus line 59 of Shanghai based on the service quality evaluation result.
