基于路网中心性与可达性的城市空间特征研究:以益阳市3类城市空间为例

摘要 基于城市道路交通网络布局,探讨城市功能空间布局的合理性,对于优化城市交通网络、提高土地利用效率、促进城市高质量发展具有重要意义。本文以益阳市中心城区为例,运用ArcGIS软件的空间统计与分析功能,将道路密度、道路中心性、可达性等指标作为评价因子,结合居民出行需求调查与城市居住、商业和公园绿地3类功能空间的分布,探讨了城市交通网络与用地功能布局间的关联性。研究结果表明:1)中心城区居民日常车行通行依赖性最大,且呈明显的潮汐特征,现状路网难以匹配出行需求;2)益阳市中心城区道路网络临近中心性呈现“多中心”形态,直达中心性呈现“单中心”形态,老城地区交通通达效率与其区位重要性相匹配,但交通重要性极强且具有战略性地位的东部产业园地域反而通达效率极低,难以匹配片区战略发展需要;3)中心城区的交通可达性与城市道路(主、次干路和支路)关联性极强,而与过境的区域性道路(高速公路和国省干道)关联性弱;4)中心城区3大功能用地的交通通行能力存在一定差异,但综合来看,东部产业园以及新材料产业园组团依赖城市交通的资源获取能力更差,交通与公益性用地配套均有待加强。 Based on the characteristics of urban road traffic network layout,it is of great significance to explore the rationality of urban functional spatial layout for optimizing urban traffic network,improving land use efficiency,and promoting high-quality urban development.Taking Yiyang downtown as an example,this paper uses ArcGIS spatial statistics and analysis function,takes road density,road centrality,accessibility and other indicators as evaluation factors,and discusses the correlation between urban traffic network characteristics and functional spatial layout,combining with the survey of residents'travel needs and the distribution of urban residential,commercial and park green spaces.The results show that:1)the residents in the central city have the greatest dependence on daily traffic,accompanied by obvious tidal characteristics,and the current road network is difficult to match the travel demand;2)The road network in the downtown area of Yiyang presents a"polycentric"shape near the center,and a"single center"shape directly to the center.The traffic accessibility efficiency of the old city area matches its location importance,but the Eastern Industrial Park area with strong traffic importance and strategic position has extremely low accessibility efficiency,which is difficult to match the strategic development needs of the area;3)The traffic accessibility of the central city has a strong correlation with urban roads(main,secondary trunk roads and branch roads),but has a low correlation with regional roads(expressways and national and provincial trunk roads);4)There are some differences in the traffic capacity of the three major functional land in the central city,but on the whole,the East Industrial Park and the New Material Industrial Park are worse in obtaining resources relying on urban traffic,and the matching of traffic and public welfare land needs to be strengthened.
