摘要
目的探讨磁性护理理念在老年慢性病患者管理中的应用效果。方法在人文关怀理论的基础上,将磁性护理理念应用于老年慢性病患者的管理中,制订人文关怀磁性护理管理方案,包括心理、饮食与营养、延续性护理等。对2016年12月至2017年6月期间住院的老年慢性病患者进行干预,以磁性护理管理实施前(2016年3月至9月)为对照组,实施后(2016年12月至2017年6月)为干预组,对两组患者干预前后满意度、焦虑和抑郁、生活质量进行评估。结果干预后干预组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.01),焦虑、抑郁状况改善(P<0.01),生活质量提高(P<0.01)。结论基于人文关怀的磁性护理管理方案的实施提高了患者满意度,改善了焦虑和抑郁状况,提高了生活质量,值得借鉴推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of magnetic nursing concept in the management of elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods Based on the theory of humanistic care,the magnetic nursing concept was applied to the management of the elderly patients with chronic diseases.Formulate the humanistic magnetic nursing management program,include psychology,diet and nutrition,continuous nursing.Elderly patients with chronic diseases who were hospitalized from December 2016 to June 2017 were treated with the intervention.Before magnetic nursing management was implemented (March to September 2016),the control group was selected as the control group,and after the implementation (December 2016 to June 2017),the satisfaction,anxiety,depression and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention were evaluated.Results After intervention,patients in the intervention group were more satisfied than those in the control group ( P <0.01),their anxiety and depression were improved ( P <0.01),and their quality of life was improved ( P <0.01).Conclusion The implementation of magnetic nursing management scheme based on humanistic care improves patient satisfaction,relieves anxiety,depression,and the quality of life.It is worth learning from and widely spreading.
