摘要
目的探究人文关怀护理模式实施方案表在老年慢性病患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年6月收治的70例老年慢性病患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理健康教育,观察组在此基础上给予人文关怀护理模式实施方案表,比较两组患者护理前后抑郁(SDS)、社会功能(SDSS)和日常生活能力(ADL)评分和满意度。结果观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),SDSS和ADL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用人文关怀护理实施方案表可明显提高患者满意度,心理健康水平、社会活动能力和日常生活能力显著改善,提高患者生活质量,值得广泛推广。
Objective To explore the application effecy of implementation plan table of humanistic care nursing model in elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods To select 70 cases of elderly patients with chronic diseases treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing health education,and the observation group was given implementation plan table of humanistic care nursing model on this basis to compare the depression(SDS)and social function(SDSS)and activities of daily living index(ADL)score and satisfaction of patients before and after nursing between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the SDS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of SDSS and ADL were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation plan table of humanistic care nursing could significantly improve patient's satisfaction,significantly improve the level of mental health,capacity of social activity and capacity of daily life,and improve the quality of life of patients,which should deserve widespread promotion.
