摘要
21世纪是充满竞争、改变与创新等特质的时代,专业发展须靠团体力量方能达到持续发展的目标。为达此目标,须增强个人与专业实力,吸引人才,展现磁性护理本质,让人才愿意竭尽全力促进专业发展,在营造磁性职场环境中,让患者与家属安心、满意。本文旨在介绍借鉴护理理论家的经验,推动磁性护理,以强化专业发展。
The 21st century is full of competition, change and innovation characters, the professional development has to rely on group power to achieve continuous improvement. To achieve it, nurses need to cultivate personal and professional strength, attract talent; by showing the nature of magnetic nursing, talents are willing to work to the best of their ability to promote professional development; by building magnetic workplace environment to reassure patients and family on healthcare delivery completely. Therefore, the aim of the study was to promote magnetic nursing by drawing from experience of the nursing theorists, and then strengthen professional development.
