小电流接地故障电弧建模及过电压分析 被引量:40

摘要 间歇性电弧接地过电压是小电流接地故障最大的危害之一,建立准确的电弧模型是研究过电压特征的基础。基于现有的几种动态电弧模型,提出改进的"控制论"电弧模型,并将该模型应用于小电流接地系统。通过在PSCAD平台上搭建10 kV配电网模型,研究基于工频熄弧和高频熄弧理论仿真间歇性电弧接地故障,并对比分析接地过电压的异同。仿真结果表明,所提电弧模型能够有效反映小电流接地故障的电弧特性,模拟出的过电压符合实际情况。证实在不接地系统中,高频熄弧产生的最大过电压明显高于工频熄弧;而在消弧线圈接地系统中,二者近似相等。 Intermittent arc grounding overvoltage fault is one of the greatest threats in non-solidly earthed networks. Establishing an accurate arc model is the fundermental of analyzing overvoltage characteristics. Based on the analysis of existing arc models, an improved “cybernetic arc model” is proposed for the non-solidly earthed network and a model of 10 kV distribution network is built on the PSCAD. According to the arc extinction theories of power frequency and high frequency, intermittent arc grounding faults are simulated. Besides, differences and similarities of grounding overvoltage are also compared. The simulation results indicated that arc characteristics of non-solidly earthed network are effectively presented by the proposed model and the simulated overvoltage is close to the actual voltage. For the isolated neutral system, the maximum overvoltage generated by the high frequency extinction is higher than that of power frequency extinction. Comparably, both of them are approximately equal in the Petersen coil grounded system.
