摘要
在配电网电容电流实时测量新方法研究的基础上,提出一种新型的基于IGBT控制的消弧线圈自动调谐系统。配电网正常运行时,控制IGBT模块使电路断开,避免工频过电压的产生;配电网发生单相接地故障时,控制IGBT模块使电路导通,消弧线圈投入运行,采用PWM控制技术对配电网接地电容电流进行补偿,有效促进瞬间熄灭故障电弧;此种控制方法补偿速度快、范围宽、造价低,实现了电感电流的无级调节.通过MATLAB对模型进行仿真,验证了该方法的可行性及其优点.
Based on measuring capacitance current,a novel arc-suppression coil automatic tuning system with IGBT control is proposed in this paper.When the distribution network is normal,the IGBT circuit is off,and overvoltage will be reduced.When single-phase grounding fault occurs,the IGBT circuit is on and the arc-suppression coil is put into operation,the grounding fault current can be fully compensated by the corresponding control strategy of the IGBT on-off control.The fault arc can thus be extinguished instantaneously.Theory analysis and MATLAB simulation results show that the proposed method has high speed,wide adjustment range and low cost,the arc-suppression coil can be tuned continuously,the grounding fault current can be compensated effectively.
