摘要
针对谐振接地配电网单相接地故障时定位困难的问题,着眼柔性开关设备(soft open point,SOP)投入改造交流配网的发展趋势,提出一种基于SOP附加三相对称低频电压的主动式故障区段定位新方法。该方法利用消弧线圈对低频外加信号的过补偿作用,凸显了故障点与消弧线圈安装处的电感电流流通回路。根据低频网络中电感电流与电容电流的固有幅值比,形成自适应判据实现故障区段的有效判定。所提方法原理简单,不受过渡电阻、系统运行方式以及线路长度影响,可靠性较高。PSCAD仿真结果表明该方法的正确性和可行性。
Aiming at the difficulty of locating single phase grounding faults in the resonant grounding distribution network,considering that the application of the soft open point(SOP)in the AC distribution network is a development trend,this paper proposed an active fault locating method,by generating an additional three-phase symmetrical voltage of low frequency based on SOP.Due to the over compensating effect of the arc suppression coil under the additional low-frequency signal,this method can highlight the inductive current’s circulating path between the fault point and the arc suppression coil.According to the inherent amplitude ratio of the inductance current to the capacitive current in the low-frequency network,an adaptive criterion was formed to achieve an effective judgement of the fault section.This method will not be affected by transition resistances,system operation modes or line lengths,thus has high reliability.PSCAD simulation results demonstrated the correctness and feasibility of the method.
