摘要
随电力系统发展,配电网结构复杂,接地故障电容电流大,常规中性点经消弧线圈接地的电流消弧方式难以满足运行要求.介绍一种中性点非有效接地配电网接地故障电压消弧方法,当发生弧光接地故障时,将一电抗器接入故障相母线与地之间,钳制故障点电压,破坏电弧重燃条件,促进电弧自行熄灭;当发生永久性接地故障时,短接电抗器,旁路接地故障电流,降低故障点区域的跨步电压,并实现故障选线.仿真分析表明:该方法不受电容电流大小的影响,操作简单、成本低、消弧效果好,特别适用于风电场等对地电容电流很大的配电系统.
With the development of power systems,distribution network is with complex structure,and grounding faults often cause high capacitive current.Traditional neutral resonant grounding method(current arc-suppression method) can not satisfy the faults arc-suppression requirement.A novel voltage arc-suppression method was introduced for neutral ineffective grounding systems in this paper.When arc grounding faults occurred,a reactor was connected between the fault phase busbar and ground to suppress the faulted phase voltage.It could destroy the arc renew conditions and make the arc extinguishing.In the condition of permanence grounding faults,the reactor was shorted,the fault current was limited,the fault caused step voltage was eliminated and the faulted feeder was detected and isolated.Simulation results showed that the method was not affected by the capacitive current,it was with simple operation,low cost,good arc-suppression effect.Especially,it is suitable for the distribution networks with high capacity current,such as wind power systems.
