摘要
动物疫情公共危机是综合性危机,理清动物疫情危机网络舆情演变机理对于动物疫情公共危机的化解、加强舆情引导、清朗网络空间具有重要的理论和实践意义。动物疫情危机网络舆情是在动物疫情事件与利益相关者的刺激与回应下形成的,通过政府、媒体、网民以及网络环境等因素的综合作用,网络舆情聚集扩散经历发展、变异阶段,最后在失焦与迭代的作用下消解。动物疫情危机网络舆情的演变机理启示我们应采取差异化的引导策略和协同治理网络模式。
Public crisis of animal epidemic situation is a comprehensive crisis. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to clarify the evolution mechanism of network public opinion of animal epidemic crisis, especially for resolving public crisis of animal epidemic situation, strengthening public opinion guidance and clearing up network space. Network public opinion is formed under the stimulus and response of animal epidemic events and stakeholders. Through the comprehensive effect of government, media, netizens and network environment, the network public opinion gathers, spreads and undergoes the stages of development and variation, and finally is dispelled under the function of defocusing and iteration. Evolution mechanism of network public opinion on animal epidemic crisis enlightens us to adopt differentiated guiding strategies and collaborative governance network model.
