高职林业院校森林资源保护专业“3+2”型人才培养模式探究——以辽宁林业职业技术学院为例 被引量:3

摘要 随着现代林业建设的快速发展,森林资源保护的相关领域对高素质综合性应用型人才的需求量不断增加。据此,根据推动高职专科与应用型本科院校的教育衔接,联合培养的相关政策性文件的指导意见,结合高职院校的教学实际,高职林业院校森林资源保护专业与本科院校应充分发挥各自优势,启动共育共享机制,初步探究并构建高职与应用型本科教育的"3+2"分段培养高级技能型人才模式,拓宽育人途径。 With the rapid development of modern forestry construction,there is an increasing demand for high quality comprehensive applied talents in related fields of forest resource protection.On this basis,according to promote higher vocational college education of cohesion with applied undergraduate colleges and universities,joint training of relevant policy documents guidance,combining with the teaching practice of higher vocational colleges,higher vocational professional forest resources protection and forestry colleges undergraduate colleges should give full play to their respective advantages,start the women sharing mechanism,a preliminary explore to set up and applied undergraduate education and "3 + 2" subsection model of high skilled personnel and broaden the educational ways.
