黄芪桂枝五物汤加减对气虚血瘀证脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能缺损评分及脑血流动力学的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的研究黄芪桂枝五物汤加减对气虚血瘀证脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能缺损评分及脑血流动力学的影响。方法选取我院60例气虚血瘀证脑梗死恢复期患者,将其按治疗方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗15 d后,观察组的RI、PI低于对照组与治疗前,Vm高于对照组与治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗15 d后,两组患者的NIHSS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤加减应用于气虚血瘀证脑梗死恢复期患者中具有显著疗效,可改善脑血流动力学,促进神经功能恢复。 Objective To study the effects of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on neurological deficit score and cerebral hemodynamics in patients with cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in convalescence stage.Methods Sixty cases of cerebral infarction with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in convalescence stage in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by different treatment plans,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group (P<0.05).After 15 days of treatment,RI and PI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and before treatment,and Vm was higher than that in the control group and before treatment (P<0.05).After 15 days of treatment,the NIHSS scores of both groups decreased,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in patients with cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in convalescence stage has a significant treatment effect,it can improve cerebral hemodynamics and promote the recovery of nerve function.
