摘要
目的:通过Meta分析的方法,系统评价蒙西医结合治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效。方法:以“蒙西医结合”和“缺血性脑卒中、脑血栓、脑梗死、脑梗塞、缺血性萨病”为主题词或关键词计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普等文献数据库,同时手工检索相关文献,检索关于蒙西医结合治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效。检索时间限定为2015年1月—2022年10月。提取原始数据,应用Review Manager5.3进行Meta分析,评价蒙西医结合治疗及单纯西医治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效。结果:共检索文献68篇,根据纳入和排除标准,本研究纳入了10篇文献。采用Cochrane协作网提供的RCT实验的偏倚风险评估工具对入选文献进行质量评价,10篇文献均达到中度偏倚风险,采取固定效应模型进行总效应值合并,合并总的RR值为(95%CI)1.18,95%置信区间为1.13~1.24,提示蒙西医结合治疗缺血性脑卒中效果优于单纯西医治疗(Z=6.93,P<0.001),漏斗图显示对称,提示发表偏倚较小。结论:在蒙医辨证施治的基础上,蒙西医结合治疗优于单纯西医治疗,临床应用具有参考价值。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the effecacy of Mongolian and Western medicine in the treatment of ischemic stroke by Meta analysis.Methods:Taking“Mongolian and Western medicine”,“Ischemic stroke,cerebral thrombosis,cerebral infarction,ischemic SA disease”as key words or keywords.Computer was used to search CNKI,WanFang and VIP and the related literatures were searched manually to search the treatment of Mongolian and Western medicine on ischemic stroke.Search the cinical research literatures time is limited to January 2015 to October 2022.Extracted the related original meta,the treatment of Mongolian and Western medicine on ischemic stroke were evaluated by Review 5.3 software.Results:A total of 68 literatures were searched.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,10 literatures were included in this study.The quality of the selected literatures was evaluated by using the bias risk assessment tool of RCT experiment provided by Cochrane Collaborative Network.Ten literatures all reached moderate bias risk,and the total effect values were combined by fixed effect model.The combined RR value was(95%CI)1.18,and the 95%confidence interval was 1.13-1.24,which suggested that the combination of Mongolian and Western medicine was superior to western medicine alone in treating ischemic stroke(Z=6.93,P<0.001).The funnel plot was symmetrical,indicating a small publication bias.Conclusion:On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment of Mongolian medicine,the combination of Mongolian medicine and western medicine is superior to western medicine alone,and its clinical application has certain reference value.
