摘要
目的为医院药剂科改革的顺利推行提供参考。方法分析医院药学发展背景、医院药剂科的改革背景及现状,并阐述改革内容。结果与结论在"新医改"背景下,医院药剂科也应结合供给侧的特点,从制度、人员、工作内容等方面入手,对自身的药学服务供给进行整体性和系统性的结构调整,从以药品为中心转向以患者为中心,让药剂科工作从附加值低的单一服务转向附加值高的精细化、全方位技术性服务。
Objective To provide a reference for the smooth implementation of reform on hospital pharmacy.Methods The development background of pharmacy,the reform background and current situation of hospital pharmacy were analyzed,and the reform contents were elaborated.Results and Conclusion Under the background of new healthcare reform,combined the characteristics of supply side,the hospital pharmacy should integrally and systematically adjust its own pharmacy clinical service supply from the aspects of system,personnel and work content,and change its structure from drug-centered to patient-centered,so as to make the work of hospital pharmacy from single service with low additional value to refined and all-dimensional technical service with high additional value.
