摘要
目的在开展临床药师培训基地试点工作的同时,探讨与实践临床药师制建设和临床药师工作模式。方法通过临床药师制试点工作,制定适合我国国情的临床药师准入标准、岗位职责、工作模式,临床药师工作和管理制度以及临床药师工作的评价体系与考核办法。结果与结论试点工作的实施,加快了临床药师制建设和复合应用型临床药学专业人才的培养,促进了临床药学和药学部门工作的转型和药师观念与职责的转变,推动了临床药学学科的持续发展和药师专业技术作用的发挥。
AIM To explore and put into practice of clinical pharmacist system construction and working mode in parallel with the pilot work in clinical pharmacist training bases. METHODS Through the clinical pharmacist system pi- lot work, a clinical pharmacist access standard suitable for national conditions in China, job responsibilities and working model , working and management system, and evaluation system and assessment methods of clinical pharmacists have been developed. RESULTS & CONCLUSION Through the implementation of pilot work the clinical pharmacist system con- struction and the cuhivation of applied talents have been accelerated, the work transformation of clinical pharmacy and pharmaceutical sectors and the change of the concept and responsibility of pharmacists have been promoted, the sustain- able development of clinical pharmacy discipline has been promoted, and the pharmacist professional role has been played.
