摘要
装配式节点的研发是网壳结构装配化发展的关键环节之一。借鉴中国传统木结构榫卯节点的构造方法,提出了一种榫卯式空心球节点。为研究该节点的受力性能,运用三维建模软件SOLIDWORKS和有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了29个不同尺寸和参数的榫卯式空心球节点模型,分析了空心球壁厚、榫头宽度、齿宽度、齿间距以及齿高度等参数对节点转动性能的影响,探讨了节点受弯极限状态的破坏模式,推导了节点初始转动刚度及弹塑性转动刚度的计算式。分析结果表明:对空心球壁厚、榫头宽度、齿宽度和齿间距分别进行参数优化后,节点初始转动刚度分别增加了34.45%、3.25%、4.69%和4.29%。不同参数节点受弯极限状态呈现杆件屈曲与空心钢球屈曲两种破坏模式;拟合得到的节点转动刚度计算式,其计算结果误差较小,准确度高。
The research and development of assembled joints is one of the critical links in the assembly development of reticulated shell structure structures.This paper proposed a novel tenon-mortise hollow spherical joint by referring to the construction methods of traditional wooden structure mortise and tenon joints on China.To investigate the mechanical properties of the joint,29 detailed models of tenon-mortise hollow spherical joints with different dimensions and parameters were established by using the 3D modeling software SOLIDWORKS and finite element analysis software ANSYS.The effects of hollow spherical wall thickness,tenon width,tooth width,tooth spacing,and tooth height on the rotation performance of the joints were analyzed,and the failure modes of the joint under the bending limit state were discussed.Formulas for calculating initial rotational stiffness and elastic-plastic rotational stiffness were derived.The analysis results show that the initial rotational stiffness of the joint increases by 34.45%,3.25%,4.69%,and 4.29%respectively after the parameter optimization analysis of the hollow ball wall thickness,tenon width,tooth width and tooth spacing.Under bending conditions with varying parameters,two damage modes of this joint have emerged;that is the memeber buckling damage and the hollow steel ball buckong damage.Furthermore,the computational results obtained from fittes nodal rotational stiffness equations display minor errors and a high degree of computational accuracy,making the findings invaluable as a reference for engineering applictions.
