摘要
为解决传统大豆免耕播种机在全秸秆覆盖地作业存在堵塞、架种、晾种等问题,采用洁区播种思路,设计灭茬免耕大豆播种机。分析播种机总体结构与工作原理,建立动刀和开沟器运动数学模型,仿真分析关键部件,确定相关参数:灭茬刀轴转速1 800~2 000 r·min-1,开沟器M点入土角35°。田间试验结果表明,播种机前进速度1.39 m·s-1、灭茬刀轴转速2 000 r·min-1、根茬粉碎合格率92.75%、晾籽率1.28%、播种深度合格率88.35%、粒距合格指数92.68%、重播指数2.15%、漏播指数3.82%,满足农艺要求。
In order to solve the problems of traditional no-tillage soybean seeding machine,such as clogging,planting frame and seed drying in the whole straw mulching field,the soybean no-tillage planter with stubble cleaning based on the idea of cleaned area seeding was designed.This paper analyzed the overall structure and working principle of the planter,established the mathematical model of the trajectory of knife moving and furrow opener,simulated and analyzed the key components,and determined the relevant parameters,the rotation speed of the stubble cutter shaft was 1 800-2 000 r·min^-1,and the angle of penetration was 35°at M point of the furrow opener.The field experiments showed that when the speed of the machine was 1.39 m·s^-1,the rotation speed of the stubble cutter shaft was 2 000 r·min^-1,the qualified rate of stubble cleaning was 92.75%,the seed drying rate was 1.28%,the qualified rate of seedspacing was 88.35%,the qualified rate of seed spacing was 92.68%,the repeat seed index was 2.15%and the leakage index was 3.82%.It met the requirements of agronomy.
