摘要
当前我国教师面临着教育政策释放的教师教育新信号、新高考方案指明的教育教学新导向、学生核心素养提出的教师素养新要求,以及教育信息化发展营造的教师教学新环境等挑战。教师应以"全面育人"为核心,围绕"教育理念、教学技能、人格修养"三个维度,构建包含"教师观、学生观、发展观、知识储备、教学技能、课程执行、职业形象、道德精神、使命意识"等九大素养为主的教师核心素养体系。
At present,Chinese teachers are facing with the new signals of teacher education released by education policy,the new orientation of education and teaching pointed out by the new college entrance examination program,the new requirements for teacher quality raised by students'core quality,and the challenges of new teaching environment created by educational informationization.Teachers should take"comprehensive education"as the core and build the core quality system of teachers which takes nine qualities as the main contents,including"teacher view,student view,development view,knowledge accumulation,teaching skills,curriculum execution,occupational image,moral spirits,and consciousness of mission”from three dimensions of“educational thoughts,teaching skills,and personality cultivation".
