摘要
教师专业发展总是基于个体现实基础和个人发展理念之上。教师专业发展在共性发展的基础上应考虑教师个体的差异性。教师之间的个性差异是客观存在的,这种差异导致不同教师专业发展目标定位不同,发展所需不同。关注差异,尊重个性,正确引导,提倡自主,是教师专业发展有效之路。
The teacher professional development should be based on teachers' individual difference. The difference between teachers is an objective reality. It leads to teachers' different professional development goals and needs. It is an effective way for the teacher professional development to pay attention to difference, respect everybody's personality, guide the development correctly, and advocate the development autonomy.
