摘要 现代学徒制是构建现代职业教育体系的一项重要人才培养模式,《现代职业教育体系建设规划(2014-2020年)》中指出:"增加非全日制职业教育在职业教育中的比重,发展工学交替、双元制、学徒制、半工半读、远程教育等各种灵活学习方式的职业教育。"本文以江苏食品药品职业技术学院为例,探讨如何将现代学徒制本土特色化,合理将现代学徒制运用于高职学校专业建设中。 The modern apprenticeship system is an important training mode for the construction of modern vocational education system.In the construction plan of modern vocational system 2014-2020,it is pointed out:“increasing the proportion of non full-time vocational education in vocational education and developing various kinds of spirit,such as engineering alternation,dual system,apprenticeship,half work and half reading,distance education and so on.”Vocational education in the way of living.This article takes Jiangsu food and drug Career Technical College as an example,how to apply the modern apprenticeship to local characteristics and rationally apply the modern apprenticeship to the professional construction of higher vocational schools.
