摘要
"新工科"改革对人才培养理念和课程教学模式提出了新挑战。针对课程学习效果和工程实践创新能力提升问题,以OBE理念为导向,围绕课程优质教学资源建设模式、"以学生为中心"的互动式课堂教学模式、基于PBL的"学思交融"学习模式,以及强调过程性学习的课程考核激励模式等进行综合改革,加强人才培养质量过程化形成机制探索;实践结果证实了本文提出的以OBE为导向的课程持续改进模式的有效性,为新工科背景下高效提升人才培养质量提供了一条值得借鉴的可行途径。
Emerging engineering education brings a new challenge in talent-cultivating thought and curriculum teaching mode.Aimed at improving curriculum learning effect and application innovation ability in engineering,the comprehensive reformation guided by OBE(outcomes-based education)thought is executed,such as models of forming excellent resources of curriculum,undergraduate-centered interactive classroom teaching models,mixing learning and thinking together problem-based learning model,as well as course examination and excitation model emphasized process learning,to strengthen the exploration of talent cultivating quality process formation mechanism.The results of practice proves that the proposed course constantly improving models guided by OBE is effective,which bring a referenceable and feasible way for efficient promoting talent cultivating quality under the background of emerging engineering education.
