摘要
利用MatlabGUI开发平台,针对烤房流场数据进行分析计算和烘烤过程反演,开发并实现了流场分析及反演系统。系统主要从数据层面、图形层面以及过程反演层面对流场的分布、演变过程等情况进行多方位、多角度的分析与重现,处理的过程涉及到数据计算、图形绘制、三维插值、以及动态图片生成等多种情况,最终展示的结果能够帮助相关专业人员更直观、有效的分析烤房的流场时空分布及演变过程,为深入研究密集烤房的优化分风排湿提供帮助。
This paper combination of barn air humidity optimization research project,aiming at the barn flow data analysis and calculation and the curing process of inversion development and implement of flow field analysis and inversion system using Matlab GUI development platform.Multidimensional analyzed and reconstructed the flow filed distribution and evolution process from the aspect of data,graphics,process of inversion layer,the processing involves data computing,graphics rendering,3D interpolation,and dynamic picture generation,the final show results can help relative professionals more intuitive and effective analysis of time and space distribution of flow field and evolution process of bulk curing barn,help further research on optimization of air splitting and exhaust of moisture of bulk curing barn.
