摘要
为了研究密集烤房装烟室空间内的温湿度场的分布,设计了基于ARM和Matlab的密集烤房温湿度场的测量及可视化分析系统,系统主要由数据采集模块、数据通信模块、数据存储模块、在线数据分析与可视化演示模块等组成,结合传感器的的布设,系统最终实现对密集烤房中温湿度数据的在线采集与可视化分析功能。系统能帮助人们实时测量和掌握烤房温湿度场的分布与变化规律,为深入研究密集烤房性能及烟叶烘烤工艺等提供帮助。
In order to study the humiture field distribution in bulk curing barn room space,we designed the humiture filed measurement and visual analysis system for bulk curing barn based on ARM and Matlab.System includes data acquisition module,data communication module,data storage module,online data analysis and visualization demonstration module.Combine the Sensors group layout,real-time data collection and the visual of on-line analysis of the humiture data in the intensive baking room can be realized.The design and Realization of the system can help users measure and know well distribution and variation of humiture field of the barn.System can also help us to deeply research Bulk Curing Barn technology as well as tobacco baking technology.
