摘要 为了提高烤烟的质量,改善生产设备,针对试验区新型烟叶烘烤特性的不确定性,用电热管加热的方式研制了烟叶模拟烘烤机。这种设备热效率高,操作方便。本文主要论述的是一种烟叶模拟烘烤机的温湿度控制方法。烟叶模拟烘烤机采用三组电热管加热方式进行加热,通过对烟叶模拟烘烤机建立模糊控制算法,并根据模糊控制的输出量对温湿度控制执行机构的组合进行了调节,很好地解决了烟叶烘烤温湿度控制中所具有的模型不确定性、非线性和滞后性等特点。在实际应用中取得了良好的控制效果,对试验区的烤烟试验有很重要的意义。 The quality of tobacco, the production equipment of tobacco baking machine and the new tobacco baking characteristics are difficult problems in the production of tobacco baking machine. This tobacco baking machine uses three different electric hearting tubes to improve the tobacco baking machine. This machine has high thermal efficiency and it is easy to operate. This paper discusses the temperature-humidity control of tobacco baking machine and uses fuzzy control to solve the temperature-humidity control, s problem of tobacco baking machine. This method has a good control effect in the fact tobacco baking production. This device has a guiding significance for baking tobacco production.
