摘要
含牙囊肿是一种较为常见的牙源性囊肿,常致恒牙阻生,影响青少年患者正常的牙颌面发育。开窗减压术是临床上常用于治疗含牙囊肿的方法,并且可以促进受累埋伏牙的自发性萌出。本文总结分析相关文献,以期为临床预测含牙囊肿埋伏牙的萌出提供指导。
Adentigerous cyst is a common developmental odontogenic cyst,which affects dentomaxillofacial development of adolescents and interferes with tooth eruption.Marsupialization is widely used by orthodontists to treat dentigerous cysts,and it can benefit the natural eruption of a cyst-associated tooth.This article reviews relevant studies to provide the relative factors for predicting the eruption of cyst-associated teeth after marsupialization.
