摘要
开窗减压术是治疗颌骨大型囊性病变或青少年替牙期囊性病变保留恒牙的保守治疗方式。通过保持开窗、降低囊腔内压力及配合定期冲洗,囊腔得以逐渐缩小,形成颌骨的成骨修复,从而能够保留重要神经血管组织,使恒牙正常发育或萌出,避免过多地切除组织、减少病理性骨折的发生,这些特点使开窗减压术在临床上被越来越广泛地应用。文章就开窗减压术治疗颌骨囊性病变的临床研究新进展做一综述。
Decompression is a conservative treatment for large cystic lesion of jaw or cystic lesion during mixed dentition period in addescents to keep permanent teeth.It reduces cystic pressure by maintaining an opening into the oral cavity.Through regular irrigation,the lesion shrinks and new bone tissue forms,which preserves the important alveolar nerve and permanent teeth,eliminates the need for a bone graft by curettage and resection,and reduces the risk of pathological fractures,etc.It is more and more widely used in clinic.This paper reviews the new clinical progress in the treatment of cystic lesions of jaw with decompression.
