摘要
多不饱和脂肪酸作为一种维护人体健康的物质,其独特的生理功能受到广泛的关注。研究发现膳食中合理比例的多不饱和脂肪酸可以有效保持身体健康,降低心脑血管疾病发病率,降低胆固醇,促进肠胃蠕动,同时还具有抗炎和保护视力作用。随着多不饱和脂肪酸的研究深入,在预防癌细胞病变方面同样取得了较为可观的成效。文章就多不饱和脂肪酸的来源、种类和生理功能等相关内容作以综述。
As a material to maintain the health of people,polyunsaturated fatty acids have been widely concerned for their own unique physiological functions.The study found that a reasonable proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids in diet could effectively maintain health,reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,reduce cholesterol and promote gastrointestinal peristalsis,and at the same time,it had anti-inflammatory and protective effects.With the further study of polyunsaturated fatty acids,considerable achievements have been achieved in the prevention of cancer cell lesions.In this paper,the sources,types and physiological functions of polyunsaturated fatty acids were analyzed in detail.
