超声-微波协同提取白三叶草籽油及其脂肪酸组成分析 被引量:1

Study on Microwave-ultrasound Assisted Extraction Process of Trifolium repens Seed Oil and its Fatty Acid Composition

摘要 文章研究白三叶草籽油的超声-微波协同提取工艺并测定其脂肪酸组成.在单因素实验基础上,通过正交实验确定白三叶草籽油的最佳提取工艺条件,并用气相色谱分析白三叶草籽油脂肪酸组成.结果表明,白三叶草籽油的优化工艺条件为:提取溶剂石油醚,液料比14 mL/g,提取时间210 s和微波功率200 W,出油率为8.83%.白三叶草籽油的理化性质达到食用植物油国家标准.气相色谱共检测到20种脂肪酸成分,主要为亚油酸(70.42%)、油酸(11.63%)、亚麻酸(6.76%)、棕榈酸(5.04%)、硬脂酸(3.30%).其中不饱和脂肪酸相对含量为89.47%.研究可为白三叶草籽油的开发利用提供科学依据和技术参考. A new microwave-ultrasound assisted extracts technique for Trifolium repens seed oil is proposed and the composition of its fatty acids determined.The extracting condition is optimized using orthogonal experiment based on single factor experiments,and its fatty acid composition is studied by the GC analysis.The results show that the optimum extraction conditions are:petroleum ether as the extraction solvent,ratio of raw material and solution 14 mL/g,extraction time 210 s,microwave power 200 W,and the maximum extraction efficiency reaches 8.83%.The physicochemical properties of Trifolium repens seed oil meets the national standard of edible vegetable oil.GC analysis detects 20 types of fatty acids in Trifolium repens seed oil including linoleic acid(70.42%),oleic acid(11.63%),linolenic acid(6.76%),palmitic acid(5.04%)and stearic acid(3.30%).The relative content of unsaturated fatty acids is 89.47%.This study provides a scientific basis and technical reference for the development and utilization of Trifolium repens seed oil.
