摘要
目的研究雪莲果叶乙酸乙酯部位中的化学成分。方法以雪莲果叶为原材料,用70%乙醇回流提取,采用硅胶柱色谱及制备液相色谱等分离方法进行分离纯化,经核磁共振技术鉴定所得化学成分结构。结果从雪莲果叶乙酸乙酯部位共分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为Uvedalin(1)、咖啡酸乙酯(2)、咖啡酸甲酯(3)、Enhydrin(4)、高圣草酚(5)、3,7-二甲基醚槲皮素(6)、Uvedafolin(7)和绿原酸(8)。结论化合物5,6为首次从雪莲果中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate fraction of Smallanthus sonchifolius leaves.MethodsThe leaves of Smallanthus sonchifolius were refluxed with70%ethanol.Silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC technologies were used to isolate the constituents from the ethyl acetate fraction,and their structures were identified by NMR spectral data analysis.ResultsEight compounds were obtained and identified as Uvedalin(1),Ethyl caffeate(2),Methyl caffeate(3),Enhydrin(4),Homoeriodictyol(5),Quercetin3,7-dimethyl ether(6),Uvedafolin(7)and Chlorogenic acid(8),respectively.Conclusion Compounds5,6are obtained from Smallanthus sonchifolius for the first time.
