摘要
目的 观察菊苣提取物对高尿酸高甘油三酯血症鹌鹑血脂血尿酸的影响。方法 通过喂饲用酵母配制的造模饲料造成鹌鹑高尿酸高甘油三酯血症复合模型 ,选择大、中、小不同剂量的菊苣提取物进行药效学观察。结果 喂饲造模饲料的鹌鹑血清中尿酸 (UA)和甘油三酯 (TG)水平较正常对照组明显升高 ,胆固醇 (TC)水平未见明显变化。菊苣提取物大、中、小剂量均可显著降低高尿酸高甘油三酯血症鹌鹑血清中的UA和TG含量 ,对血清中TC含量影响不大。结论 菊苣提取物具有降低血清中尿酸和甘油三酯的功能 。
Objective To observe the effects of the extract of chicory on the levels of serum uric acid and lipid in the quail with hyperuricemia/hypertriglyceridemia. Method The quail model of hyperuricemia/hypertriglyceridemia was induced by feeding a kind of feedstuff prepared with yeast, and then the model quails were treated with the extract of chicory at a large dose, medium dose and a small dose, respectively, for the purpose of pharmacodynamic observation. Results It was found that the levels of serum uric acid and triglyceride were markedly increased in the model group while the level of serum cholesterol was not markedly changed, as compared with those in the normal control group. All the three doses of the extract of chicory showed marked decreasing effects on the levels of the serum uric acid and triglyceride in the model group while they did not show significant effect on serum cholesterol. Conclusion The extract of chicory possesses the effects of lowering the levels of serum uric acid and triglyceride, the mechanisms of which are waiting for a further study.
