摘要
目的:确立三级综合性医院临床技能培训中心建设评价指标,了解三级综合性医院临床技能培训中心建设现状,为临床技能培训中心建设与管理提供实践经验与理论依据。方法:采用德尔菲专家咨询,确立临床技能培训中心建设评价指标;利用自制问卷,对全省三级综合性医院临床技能培训中心建设情况进行调查。结果:安徽省三级综合性医院已建立临床技能培训中心(建筑面积≥1000M2)者5家(20.8%);教学设备配置方面不能满足各级各类医务人员培训需要;中心均未独立;培训师资缺乏;限于单项临床技能操作培训。结论:随着住院医师规范化培训制度的实施,各三级综合性医院临床技能培训中心处于新建、改建和扩建的关键时期。中心建设须以满足培训需要为前提,中心亟待独立并建立相应的管理架构,常态培训,解决中心过度建设和利用不足的双重矛盾。
Objective To establish construction evaluation index of clinical skills training center among tertiary comprehensive hospital,to know the construction status of them,to provide theoretical foundation and practice experience for them. Methods The construction evaluation index of clinical skills training center was established by Delphic method,investigated the construction status of clinical skills training centers in tertiary comprehensive hospital in Anhui province. Results The numbers of clinical skills training center( area of structure ≥1000 square meters) in the tertiary comprehensive hospital among Anhui province is 5( 20.8%). Teaching attachments didn't meet to the needs of clinical training works for all kinds of medical staffs. All the centers were not independent,short of training teachers,limited to single clinical skills training. Conclusions With carried out of resident standardization training system,clinical skills training center about the tertiary comprehensive hospital are in condition of construction,reconstruction and extension. Meeting to the needs of clinical skills training is the promise of construction. Construction of dependent center and the suitable management framework are urgent. And then training are conducted normally,double contradictory of excessive construction and under-utilization were solved.
