摘要
临床技能模拟培训中心因其空间、设备维护保养的特殊性，加之目前国内缺乏统一规范的建设标准及成熟的管理办法，致使相当一部分培训中心运营成本较高。经过5年多的运营管理研究，第三军医大学第一附属医院全军医学模拟训练中心总结分析了不同类别运营成本产生的条件，并实施了一些有效降低培训成本的管理办法，可以为医学模拟训练中心建设和运营提供参考。
Due to its perplexity and specialty in management and maintenance, the base line of op-eration costs of clinical skills training center remain relative high. The situation is significantly worse for some centers without industrial standards and efficient protocols. After more than 5 years of practice, Medical Simulation Training Center of the Third Military Medical University studied the construction of operation costs and summed up a variety of protocols to reduce costs that could provide reference for similar institutions.
